Treatment Coordination Delegation Checklist
A one-page checklist for handing treatment presentation to a coordinator. Section A covers training prep: a written process, a checklist review with the team, and scheduled role-play. Section B sets responsibilities, with the coordinator presenting treatment, the manager reviewing weekly, and the doctor confirming clinical accuracy. Section C tracks performance through logged case acceptance, a weekly feedback form, and notes on adjustments, followed by a manager and coordinator sign-off.
Use it when the office manager or doctor is moving case presentation to a treatment coordinator, or when a new coordinator starts. Go through it during the first weeks of the handoff, then keep the signed copy as a record of what was trained and who owns each step.
