Weekly Hygiene Tracker

This one-page tracker gives each hygienist a Monday through Friday grid for the week. Rows cover the daily goal in dollars, patients scheduled, broken appointments and no-shows, patients seen, and how many were reappointed to hygiene or left without a next visit. It also counts periodontal candidates and conversions, SRP, Arestin and fluoride procedures, and intraoral photos taken, then compares actual production with the goal to show the variance.

Hand it to each hygienist at the start of the week and fill it in at the end of each day. Office managers can review the sheets in the weekly meeting to spot missed reappointments, track perio conversions, and see which days fell short of goal before the gap turns into a monthly problem.
