New-patient welcome letter
A welcome letter for new patients after their first visit. It thanks them for joining the practice, asks for referrals of friends and family, and introduces a named patient coordinator who will help schedule appointments and keep them on track with their care. Blanks cover the patient’s name, the coordinator’s name and contact details, and the date of the next appointment.
Send it within a few days after the first appointment, by mail or email. The front desk or patient coordinator can personalize it, sign it, and set a reminder to follow up. Replace the sample phone number and email with your own before sending.
