InsDropletter

A letter that tells patients the practice’s participation with an insurance network is changing as of a set date. It says the office will still honor their coverage and remains in several other networks, and frames the change as putting patient care ahead of insurance limits. Blanks cover the clinic name, insurance network name, and effective date.

Use it when the practice drops a PPO and needs to notify affected patients. Pull a list of patients on that plan, mail or email the letter, and prepare the front desk with answers about out-of-network costs before the calls start. Log who received it so the team can follow up with anyone who does not respond.
