Balance ledger Sheet
A monthly balance sheet laid out as a daily ledger, one line per day. Columns record charges and payments split into cash, checks, electronic or ACH, credit card, and patient financing, along with total collections and accounts receivable. Two deposit columns log the date and amount of cash and check deposits.
Office managers can use it as a simple paper check against the practice management software. Filling it in daily makes it easier to catch missing deposits or posting errors, and the finished month gives the doctor a quick view of charges, collections, and receivables without running extra reports from the software.
