Kyle Summerford
Kyle Summerford started as a recall clerk making minimum wage. No dental school. No consulting firm. The front desk, the phones, and two decades of figuring out what actually works inside a real dental practice.
In 2016 he built DOMC, now 25,000 members strong, because dental managers had nowhere to go. He created Dental Coding with Kyle because practices needed real answers on getting claims paid. He created The Bagel Method because case acceptance deserved a system built from the treatment coordinator chair.
For the past three years, Kyle has been using AI inside a real practice, testing what moves the needle, and documenting what actually works for dental teams. He still manages a New York City dental practice. When he teaches AI for the front desk, he is not working from theory. He was there last week.
